Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Some items, such as clearance items, gift cards, or customized products, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, you will need to cover the shipping fees.
